Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sales, festive seasons, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Shipping charges, if applicable for special cases or Cash on Delivery (if available), will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing:

Courier partner details
A tracking link (where applicable)

You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address along with a valid mobile number at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If no one is available to receive the package, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery or contact you for further instructions.

International Shipping

Currently, Vrsniz ships within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Clear photos of the damaged package or product (if applicable)
Any relevant delivery information

Our team will investigate the issue with the courier partner and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately.

Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
