Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.
  • The item is in its original condition.
  • You provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size (subject to stock availability)
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect item received

If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may choose:

  • Another product of equal value (or pay the price difference for a higher-value item), or
  • Store credit or a coupon voucher equivalent to the value of the approved return.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale, clearance, or final-sale items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the package (if applicable)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or provide store credit/coupon voucher at no additional cost.

Store Credit / Coupon Voucher

Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved:

  • We do not offer monetary refunds.
  • Eligible returns will be issued as store credit or a coupon voucher equivalent to the value of the approved return.
  • Store credit or coupon vouchers can be redeemed on future purchases made through our website.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Vrsniz will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For exchanges due to size or personal preference, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and payment has been successfully completed.

Customers are free to add, remove, or modify products while they are in their shopping cart. However, once an order is confirmed and payment is received:

  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after confirmation.
  • If you wish to return or exchange a product, you may do so only after the order has been delivered, subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support within the eligible return period.
  2. Share your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
  3. Follow the instructions provided by our support team.
  4. Return the product in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
